How do you join?
If you want to know more about Yarrawood, contact our Membership Secretary . Please provide a phone contact number so that a representative of the club can discuss membership with you and help you decide whether or not Yarrawood is for you.
Following discussions with the Club's representative, you may be invited to attend one or two of the Club's activities. Although you will be doing this on a trial basis, you will be made very welcome. If the activities fall into the club's medium or hard categories, your participation will be at the discretion of the leaders involved. This provision is to safeguard your interests and those of other participants.
If you choose to join us, you will be asked to nominate which of the activities listed on the Home page attract you.
The annual membership subscription is $35 for individuals and $60 for families. The membership fee covers the Club's third-party and limited personal accident insurance (only for members and guests between the age of 5 and 95 yrs).
As members, you will be informed about activities directly via email and you will receive the monthly email newsletter, What's On, which provides details of the the next month's activities and other club news. Upcoming activities are also updated on the website. Take a look at the Program page to see the current What's On. Also as members, you will be encouraged to participate in choosing and organising club activities, and to contribute in other ways - however small - to the operation of the club.
